nhima diversity and inclusion policy

NHIMA values a diversity of participants, viewpoints and music. We aim to create a safe environment and uphold inclusion and equity at all NHIMA events, in-person and virtual.

NHIMA has a zero-tolerance policy towards any acts of discrimination, harassment, or violence towards any NHIMA participant or staff member regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, language, national origin, sexual orientation, gender or perceived gender identification, or levels of physical ability. The NHIMA Board is committed to treating each other with dignity and respect and to upholding those values throughout the organization.

NHIMA is about bringing all people together to make music.
